    Today i went out with peili,dorcas and kok fai to far east.I bought a short and a pair of shoes.Altogether i bought 4 SHIRTS,2 shorts for this new year.

    In the morning, i took my 2.4km run again and i failed by 30 seconds.Next week need to go again, very tiring.
